Cancellation and Returns Policy

  1. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched (usually 2 days after your purchase). If your order is shipped, you can return it till up to 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. You can call our customer service or write to support@sanchomeeherboveda.com. We will mail you the detailed instructions on how to return the product. We will also arrange a pick up from your place at your convenient time at no cost.
  2. Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.
  3. Any item that shows the sign of wear or has been used, opened, damaged, cannot be accepted for 7 days return policy.
  4. If the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount to the account you paid from, within 10 days of receiving the product.
  5. Product should be accompanied with its packaging and Original Invoice for all exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
  6. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
  7. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on special/ custom orders.
