Cancellation and Returns Policy
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched (usually 2 days after your purchase). If your order is shipped, you can return it till up to 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. You can call our customer service or write to email@example.com. We will mail you the detailed instructions on how to return the product. We will also arrange a pick up from your place at your convenient time at no cost.
- Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.
- Any item that shows the sign of wear or has been used, opened, damaged, cannot be accepted for 7 days return policy.
- If the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount to the account you paid from, within 10 days of receiving the product.
- Product should be accompanied with its packaging and Original Invoice for all exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
- If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on special/ custom orders.
